Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups besan (Bengal gram flour),
  • sieved 2 1/2 cups sugar 450 gms ghee 2 tbsp horlicks
  • Mix sugar with one glass of water
  • Make a smooth paste.
  • Leave it aside for 4 hours and thenmake slices.ready to serve.
  • Add ghee little by little,keep on stirring tillit

Directions
