Hereditary hierarchical caste system is a social stratification visible in every society including the Class system in United Kingdom. The queen is the best example of hereditary hierarchical class system operating in English. The hereditary hierarchical caste of Hindus visible in India has turned into a benevolent CLAN system in the UK. People with similar social background grouping together to celebrate functions etc is not hereditary caste system. By incorporating the term 'caste' in the equality law will revive the hereditary caste system which the Hindus in UK have moved away from hence this attempt by a misguided political lobby must be opposed.
