Interfaith work

Hindu Council UK represents and promotes basic Hindu Dharma tenets of 'Vasudeva kutumbkam' and 'sarva dhrarma samman' meaning 'the whole world is my family and respect for all religions respectively. HCUK became member of Inter Faith Network for the UK in 1997 whose aims and objectives it shares. Throughout our history, we have been actively involved in interfaith related activities and promoting respect, goodwill, harmony and peace.

Academic Achievements

Hindu Academy working closely with Hindu Council UK train the largest number of candidates sitting for GCSE Hinduism examinations in the country. This year we are training about 80 candidates. The results last year were excellent. Nearly half the candidates gained 100 percent marks in one or the other module of Hinduism. We offer free Hinduism course on the internet as under
